Ojai Post Post

What a week it's been! I finished my next personal essay for Edible Ojai titled "Margarita Memories: Chasing the Worm". It will come out in the winter issue and mostly incriminates me, family don't be too scared!
This Week I won the 100-word contest held by the Ojai Post and Arcadia Publishing. The hillarity is that I was the only entrant who wrote prose instead of haiku but none-the-less, I really enjoyed thinking about what makes Ojai great and I am of course happy to win the book. :)
The big news is that I've joined the Ojai Post as one of their authors, specializing in food blogging!
I am happy to have yet another forum in which to talk about the glories of food.
Finally I am working on a review this weekend that will come out next thursday in the VC Reporter and my first article for Ventana Monthly, a beautiful publication. Here is my link to the last VC Reporter article for those of you who missed it.
Well that's it! I have big plans for homemade ginger ale and recipes and photos to post soon on other topics.
